Winzor here to try and provide some answers to questions you may have. If you don't find the answer, please contact us and we'll try to help you!

 

SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my blobby stuff?
Shipping is calculated based on what you're ordering. You can estimate shipping when you go to your cart and enter your location details. Please understand that we use many different vendors and some items ship from different locations. Shipping calculation is limited with the system we use but is set up to best cover the costs that come with multiple shipments.


Do you ship internationally?
YES! Unfortunately, though, our international shipping does not always provide tracking numbers depending on the destination country. Your shipping confirmation email may not show any tracking. Feel free to contact us if you want to know if we have any tracking available. Sometimes tracking will be updated until the order leaves the U.S.

International orders also have a higher chance of getting delayed or lost. These delays are completely out of our control and we cannot be responsible for the delays or lost packages. However, we still encourage you to contact us in such cases as we want to help in any way we can.


When can I expect my order to ship?
This depends... on a lot of things! Corgli and I sat down and tested out a lot of ways to offer blobby goods and some of these ways are through vendors who make cool things. So some of your stuff gets made AFTER you order it, which means these items take longer to get to you.

Also, since CC travels to set up Blobbiness at events all over the U.S., shipping gets put on hold when this happens. Corgli doesn't have a lot of help, so even things that are ready to ship sometimes take a bit to get out. Therefore, Corgli Store orders that are shipped from in-house can take up to a month to ship. Thank you for being patient with us! After that, it depends on the carrier time. Once a package ships, it generally takes 2-5 days for U.S. orders. Please allow for up to 2 weeks for U.S. orders and 3-4 weeks for international orders.

 

Can I get my order by a certain date?
Oftentimes we can't guarantee it, but we ask that when checking out, you leave a note (or contact us afterwards with your order number) clearly stating  the date you need it by. We will review it and send it out in time if possible. If it's not feasible, we will contact you to discuss options. Please do not use this just to get your order sooner, unless you really do have a date you need it in hand.


How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll get a Corgli Store email and it will give you all the info you need, including (if available) a tracking number (international orders do not have tracking). Yay!


I got an email telling me my order shipped, but not everything I ordered was listed. What happened to the rest of my order?
Oftentimes things will ship out separately. This is because Corgli is using so many different ways to make blobby products, including, as mentioned above, having some cool vendors make cool things and ship them straight to you (saves time!). Because of this, orders get split up based on how they're made, where they come from, etc. You'll get emails letting you know when each item ships.


My order shipped but it never arrived.
Corgli HATES when this happens. What it means is that either it is stuck in shipping la-la land and will take a long time to finally be delivered, or the mail people lost it completely. Corgli is SO sorry and will do what he can to help, but he also is not responsible for this when it happens. Once it's shipped and dropped off, it's the responsibility of the post office. Please contact us if it does happen, though, and we will look into options to resolve it with you.


My order is international and it never arrived.
International shipments are at a lot more risk of getting lost. Once it's outside of the US, it is entirely in the hands of the your cities' postal service system.
Also, any customs taxes or fees are your responsibility and Corgli cannot guarantee your package will not be held by customs.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately. For items that are made to order, once it goes into production, it can't be modified or cancelled. For things Corgli has in the store and ships out himself, it can be cancelled or modified up until the order is processed. You can look here to find out how each Corgli Store item is made.

 

PRODUCTION METHODS

How are your shirts produced?
Currently, in order for Corgli to offer shirts, they are produced by an approved blobby vendor using the direct-to-garment printing method. Occasionally he will have clothing printed using other methods. However, the majority seen will be direct-to-garment.

GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

DTG
Artwork that is printed using DTG technology can require a little more TLC. When you receive it, it may have a vinegar smell. This is normal and will be gone after the first wash.

Machine wash cold inside out without bleach. For best results, hang dry. If necessary, dry on low. Do not iron on the print.

OTHER

SALES TAX

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If the shipping address you put with your order is within Texas, you will be charged 8.25% sales tax as required by the state of Texas. This is because CorgliStore is based out of Houston and online sales within Texas must be taxed.
